Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please review all product descriptions and customization details carefully before placing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been handed to the carrier. 
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to open a claim.
